i am very happy with my shaker i bought it before i deployed cause i knew i was going to be taking a lot of things over here. The only problem is that they are so cheap i kinda wish i had bought two cause i am having a hard time keeping it clean over here... it does leak a little bit but that is only when i am shaking NO-Explode but it does say on the bottle that it shouldnt be shaken cause it builds up pressure so i really cant complain...

Nice product overall but the vent cap does not fasten securely and is prone to popping off.

I'm a first year college student and had to ditch the blender for a protein shaker. It's been over a month now and it's still working great. My protein powder is never clumpy (ON Whey). I generally shake it for 40-60seconds. Ignore the comments about this leaking - if you make sure the lid is on tight and the caps are closed, it won't leak - trust me on that.
It's a good product for the price. I highly recommend it.

I have found this shaker to do a good job mixing my protein supplements into the appropriate amount of liquid. The picture does not show this very well, but there is a small tab opposite the spout which covers a small hole that allows air to enter the bottle as you pour out the contents - I think this is to reduce splashing. This 16 oz.+ capacity cup definitely has more pluses than negatives. Add the milk or liquid first, then add the protein powder, so you won't have sludge on the bottom of the cup. I shake vigorously for 30 seconds-1 minute, depending upon how much protein powder I add, and definitely over the sink, because my cup does leak a little from the side while shaking.
